City Hall got a taste of bridal beauty on March 28, when mywedding.com set up for My Wedding Bridal Bash to benefit Brides Against Breast Cancer. Celebrating its 12th year of service, mywedding.com brought local bridal gown shops, wedding jewelry designers, wedding cake makers and caterers to help host the event downtown.
Recently engaged men, women and couples, as well as future bridesmaids, groomsmen, and parents of the bride or groom gathered at the urban, industrial venue in anticipation for the wedding fashion show.
With DJing by Elite DJ, hors d’oeuvres served by Elevated Catering and beautiful event design and décor by Alan Perry Productions, there was never a dull moment while waiting for the show to start. Guests mixed, mingled and treated their taste buds while the Matthew Morris Salon and Skincare team prepped the models on an intimate open stage. Guests could taste sweet treats from Ziva Chocolates and take silly photos at the vintage photobooth set up by Boxcar Booth Co.
Beautiful gowns were auctioned off by Emma & Grace, and specialty invitations and thank you cards were displayed by Rook Design Co. and Whimsy Design Studio.
It was a beautiful, highly stylish and fashionable evening where future brides and grooms could find inspiration for their special day.
